Why
didn’t I get a delivery charge when I placed
my order online?
Enigo provide
you the free delivery services to all registered address
over West Malaysia. No matter what products you order,
we will send it to you by free.
When
can I receive my order?
There are
different delivery days for each area. For West Malaysia,
normally you will receive it on the next day we courier.
For East Malaysia and rural areas, it needs 2-3 days
to deliver. Please refer to Delivery Schedule for more details.
Which
areas does your delivery service cover?
For instance,
our committed logistical express carrier company covers
all states in Malaysia.
Can
I collect my orders personally from Enigo?
Yes, you’re
welcome to do so. Please inform Enigo once you had
place the order. We will arrange it to you.
Can
I collect my orders directly from courier service
centre nearby?
Yes. But
you have to inform our administrator first before
we courier. Then get the consignment note number from
our administrator as your reference in order to collect
your order from the courier service centre nearby
your area.
Can
you send the orders to my customers?
No. we
are not responsible to help you send the order to
your customers.
What
should I do if I don’t receive my order on time?
You have
to contact us to get the consignment note number and
then make a call to the courier branch in your area
by yourself to ask for enquiries.
What
if my order is damaged upon arrival?
If your
order arrives damaged, please inform Enigo in written
form within 3 days from the date you received. We
will ship you a replacement under reasonable condition.
