Enigo with the domain name enigo.com.my is a website that provides 1-Stop Online Printing to our Agents, Business Members and Online Customers.
   
 
What are the operational hours of Enigo?
   
Enigo's Informational Services, Online Order and Printing Services such as order placement, artwork specification and printing specification are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
   
 
Who can access Enigo website?
   
Enigo Informational Services is accessible to all Internet users. While Online Order and Printing Services are only available to who had register as Enigo’s authorized Agents/ Business Members.
   
 
Who can be Enigo Agent?
   
For those who are above 18 years old and interested to join in our business chain can be Enigo Agent. For Agent, you have to set up your own business circle by finding down lines as your partner. Meanwhile, you also must have your own designers to propose the artworks for printing. We are targeted on advertising and designing companies that wish to find printer.
   
 
Who can be Enigo Business Member?
   
For those companies who wish to find a professional printer but do not have their own designer in their company can join us as our Business Member. We are employing a few designers to assist our Business Members in design their artworks.
   
 
How to apply as Enigo Agent/ Business Member?
   

That’s easy. Just sign up the Agent/ Business Member Application Form then submit it to us. We will contact you as soon as possible. After we received your opening account credits and registration fees (for BM only), we will send you the UserID and password.

   
 
How does the Enigo Agent Program work?
   

Enigo Agent Program can be a lucrative addition to your service offerings. Our extraordinarily low pricing on custom printing enables you to earn profits by re-selling our products to your own clients.

   
 

How does the Enigo Business Member Program work?

   

Enigo Business Member Program offers a wide range of products and services that available under one roof. We offer convenience to our Business Members by saving time and energy. We have also automated the order process with easy to use and instant Online Protected Ordering System to allow you place orders at anywhere and anytime.

     
 
Does the Agent have special pricing?
   
Yes. Agent pricing is generally lower than our retail products, providing you with the opportunity to maximize your profits.
   
 
Does Enigo provide support?
   
We provide you with all of the assistance that we would provide a retail customer. We also provide the printing and the shipping of the order. However, you do your own ordering through our secure, fully automated, self-service website and then conduct your transaction with your client offline. You also provide service of your own client accounts, including payment collection. We do not have contact with your clients. Moreover, we do not provide self-service ordering directly to your clients.
   
   
First you must read and accept our Enigo Agreement. Next, complete our online application form. After your application is received by us, we will contact you and let you know if you have been accepted. We will then provide you with information about how to get started.
