Can I update or edit the profile in my Online Account?
   

No. You are not entitled to edit the details in your profile. Please contact our representatives to edit and update your profile details if has any changes on this particular.

   
 
What to do if I forgot my password?
   

The Online Order System is designed in such a way that your password is not made known to anyone. You are advised to contact our technical support to verify and obtain your new password. With the technical and security issues, we had to verify your authorization and authentication with a few questions before SMS you a new password. You are advised to change your password after login with new password due to security issues.

   
 
Can I change my Password?
   
Yes, you can change your password by using the "My Profile" facility within Enigo Online Order System.
   
 
What precautions can I take to protect my UserID and Password?
   
You can take the following steps to ensure your UserID and Password is safe at all times:
   
(a) Memorize your UserID and Password. For security reasons, do not write them down.
   
(b) Do not tell anyone of your UserID and Password.
   
(c) Make sure that no one is watching over your shoulders when you are keying in your UserID and Password.
   
(d) Ensure that your computer environment is secured.
   
(e) Always do a proper logout when you finish your transactions.
   
(f) Avoid storing your Password when using Internet browsers.
   
 
If I have trouble logging in, what should I do?
   
Please contact our helpdesk/ technical support at 603-7980 6713 OR email your UserID to support@enigo.com.my for further assistance.
   
 
How many accounts can I apply?
   
We only establish 1 account for each company.
     
 

Can I terminate my account anytime?

   

No. You are not recommended to terminate your account on the first 6 months from your Registration Date. Your online account balance will be forfeited 30% if you persist to do so.

   
 
How to terminate my account?
   

If you wish to terminate your account, you have to send a formal written letter to our administrator. Our administrator will evaluate and block your account currently. You are not allowed to place order anymore but you can check you account balance via Enigo website. Balance will be return to you within 1 month and account will be closed at the same time. You also will receive the closing statement issues by Enigo (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

   
 
After terminated my account, is the balance in my account refundable?
   

Yes. The balance in your account will be refundable after verification has been accomplished by Enigo Accounting Department within 1 month. Please contact our administrator if you do not receive your balance.
